“VIP Great Hill Phuket Airport” is fully completed, and ready to move in”
25 Feb 2022: VIP Great Hill Condominium Phuket Airport proves that Covid-19 does not affect the performance of developers. Now the condominium project is 100% completed and ready to move in. There are only 71 units left for sale in the project and currently offering a 6% Annual Rental Guaranteed Program for 2 years.
Mr. Thanusak Phungdet, the president of Phuket-based property developer VIP JD Group Co., Ltd. gave a speech on the grand opening of the project on Friday evening 25 Feb 2022 that ‘’the project has been started in the beginning of 2020 just before the Covid-19 pandemic, and they can complete the project before the scheduled time and they already transferred ownership to some of the buyers.
VIP Great Hill is a 7-floor condominium comprising 215 units and sizes from 20.5 – 34.65 sq.m. with selling prices from 1.3 – 2.6 million Thai Baht. 99 units have been sold to Thai buyers and 45 units to foreigners, in total 144 units have already been sold so far.
The main selling point of the project is the low selling price compared to the surrounding projects in the area, and it is located less than a 5-minutes drive from Phuket International Airport and a 10-minutes walk to Naiyang Beach. Nearby attractions are Sirinat National Park, khao phra taew national park, and etc.
The project construction is on the hill facing Naiyang beach and surrounded by mountains.
At the end of the event, Mr. Thanusak Phungdet mentioned that Phuket used to have a maximum number of visitors of over 14 million in the year of 2019. Now, people agree that the effect of the Covid 19 pandemic is going to reduce. He is sure that Phuket will be back to normal soon as it used to be and Phuket is still qualified as one of the world’s top destinations.
